Membership at Greene Hills,
priced as of January 2026.

A Full Family voting membership is $287 a month. Initiation is $2,000, paid as $800 up front and $100 a month for the next twelve. About a thousand member families share two hundred acres, eighteen holes, a twenty-five-meter pool, three pickleball courts, the Hills Grille, and an LGA that's one of Virginia's largest. Roughly half the going rate for a private club anywhere near Charlottesville.
