2026 Classes & Rates · Effective January 1

Membership.

Two hundred private acres, eighteen holes, a twenty-five-meter pool, three pickleball courts, a full grille, and an LGA that's one of the largest in Virginia. About a thousand families. One bill. About half the going rate for a private club in the Charlottesville area.

The honest pitch

Half the region's rate. The same Blue Ridge.

A Full Family membership at Greene Hills is $287 a month. The named clubs closer to Charlottesville run roughly twice that. Most of what people are paying for in those clubs — the eighteen-hole course, the family pool, a working grille, real social life — we already have here. We just don't have the waiting list.

All voting memberships have a one-year minimum term. All monthly fees include a $5/mo single or $8/mo family range fee. All golf memberships include a $20/mo capital improvement fee that goes directly back into the course and facilities.
