The Grille has the simplest job at the club, which is to feed you well after a round, after a swim meet, after a board meeting, or instead of cooking on a Friday night.
Dawn Lawson runs the kitchen and the dining room. Most members walk in without a reservation, sit upstairs on the deck if the weather is right, and let the kitchen recommend whatever Dawn has on the specials board that afternoon.

The deck
Upstairs is the deck. Downstairs is the dining room. The view does most of the work.
The two-story dining deck sits directly above the eighteenth green — a Par 3 — and faces west toward the Blue Ridge ridgeline. In summer, members come up after their afternoon round, watch the next group come in, and sit until the sun actually goes down. In October, it is the prettiest hour of the year.
The downstairs dining room seats roughly forty for indoor service, and the connected banquet hall accommodates a hundred for member events.
